Welcome to Endurance Running, a physical therapy and performance coaching practice located in Liberty, MO. I am Sharon Fleming, MSPT, long-time competitive runner, running specialist PT, certified gait analyst and UESCA - certified run coach and owner of Endurance Running. Physical Therapy:
Endurance Running provides 1:1 athlete-centered care for all running related injuries. Using functional movement systems (FMS) based assessments, evidence- based treatment techniques in combination with an extensive personal history in the sport, I work toward returning you to the sport you love as quickly and effectively as possible.

Coaching:
The initial coaching consultation is designed to ensure the confidence of coach and athlete in entering a relationship that will facilitate the success of the running experience. Basic and Premium coaching memberships provide you with weekly training plans, communication, paid membership to Training Peaks as well as discounted rates on other services. Interested in a training plan, without a coaching add-on? I have options for securing a personalized training plan for race distances ranging from the 5K up to the marathon that fits your goal race and takes into consideration your personal training, running and racing history.

Run Gait Analysis:
A 2-D video run-gait analysis provides a quantitative and qualitative window into gait mechanics and identifies potential risks for injury, reasons for recurring pain and inefficiencies preventing runners from performance breakthroughs.

Strength Training:
The single most effective way of preventing injury and securing performance gains, sport-specific strength training can be found in my Strength Training for Runners program.
